The Lab is a 10-week structured experience where we explore how to strengthen three core foundations of sustainable leadership:
Stability (Weeks 1-3)
The internal steadiness that allows you to carry responsibility without constant stress and depletion.
Agency (Weeks 4-7)
Your ability to make intentional choices about how you lead, rather than reacting to every demand placed on you.
Integrity (Weeks 8-10)
Leading in alignment with your values, priorities and the life you want to build.
What to Expect
The Lab combines reflection, learning and live coaching to help you begin reshaping how you carry leadership.
Each week, we’ll come together to explore and strengthen a different dimension of sustainable leadership and how to apply it to your unique situation. Topics include:
• Managing stress in and out of work
• Redefining what balance looks like for you
• Tightening priorities and boundaries to better serve you
• Breaking people-pleasing and perfectionist patterns
• Building self trust and confidence
• Exploring your values and purpose
• Releasing the fears and worries that prevent change
Don’t worry if you can’t make every session live. They’ll be recorded so you can watch when you have the time.

I’m Nandhini Sundaram.
Before becoming a leadership coach, I spent nearly 20 years in the advertising industry leading teams, managing impossible timelines and supporting high-stakes clients. Burnout was my silent partner for most of that time, and I thought leaving was the only way to escape it.
What I eventually learned is that you can’t escape the hidden patterns that create burnout. You have to address them head on. And that’s what I did.
Over the past decade, I explored a wide range of approaches to leadership, wellbeing and personal development to end my burnout cycle and define a more sustainable way to live and lead.
This Lab brings together the most valuable insights from that journey along with what I’ve learned coaching other women who want to sustain their careers without sacrificing themselves.
Because here’s what I believe:
The world doesn’t need fewer women in leadership. It needs women in leadership who can stay without sacrificing themselves to do it.

Yes. Most women who begin this work don’t identify as burned out.
They’re still performing, still committed and still capable. What they notice instead is that the job (and maybe life) feels heavier than it used to, recovery takes longer and the margin they once had is thinner.
This work is designed to support leadership before exhaustion becomes the price of success, not after.

No. This is not about disengaging from leadership or doing less.
It’s about changing the internal conditions you’re leading from — so effectiveness, clarity and authority don’t rely on constant effort or self-sacrifice.

This lab is built with your time in mind. The intent is to give you more space, not take up more of it.
Which is why one of the first few exercises focuses on building in more time for yourself.

No. This is leadership coaching focused on sustainable leadership and burnout prevention.
While the work is deeply human, it is not clinical or therapeutic, and it does not require you to be in crisis.

This work doesn’t ignore systemic realities — it helps you lead within them more sustainably, without internalizing strain or over-functioning.
We’ll work with what’s changeable and strengthen how you hold what isn’t.
